Vintage 1977 Playskool Sesame Street Neighborhood Building Toy Set With Box

Box is 14.5" by 10" - tallest building is about 9" tall.
Looks to be complete except
for one green stand and the paper street "map" that went underneath. Made of thick cardboard with plastic roofs. Box has what I call light wear for its age- one small rip, one very small bit of paper missing on a side, something stuck by Bert's head, and a piece or two of old tape residue- these being the major issues. One of the stands is bent one side and the blue roof is faded in 1 spot, otherwise very light wear to the houses. The characters and such have a bit of light wear but no paper loss!
With bonus Fisher Price "Sweet Street School" -plastic school that folds out! School is apx 10" tall and 8" wide when folded up. Very good condition.- not vintage,
