Miss Revlon 18" Doll with Original Boat neck Dress 1957 - Gorgeous, needs TLC

Great Miss Revlon 18" Doll with Original Dress and Shoes. I am not sure if the shoes and stockings are original; there is a split in the back of white shoe.
Miss Revlon has lipstick missing and her hair needs styling. There is a mark on her face and one on her arm. Dress is original but may have some repair near snaps?

18" (46 cm.) Vinyl socket head, lady body with swivel waist, jointing at shoulders and hips, blue sleep eyes, painted lower lashes and feathered brows, bright cherry red lips and matching nail polish, glowing complexion, honey-blonde saran rooted hair with bangs and defined curls gathered in original hairnet. Wearing yellow, purple, and aqua floral print dress with boat neck collar, cap sleeves, and rhinestone buttons, slip, panties, nylon stockings, black strap high heels, pearl necklace, teardrop earrings and with "Revlon Doll by Ideal" dress tag. Marks: Ideal Doll VT-18. Miss Revlon, "Kissing Pink" series, stock #0940, circa 1957.
