Leica INM100 Wafer Inspection Microscope with
Brooks UltraStation US 150XT Wafer Loading Stage System
looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
The microscope base powers up, and the light source illuminates, and the intensity is adjustable.
It includes one Objective: 566506 HC PL FLUOTAR 5X/0.15 BD ∞/-/D.
The
"man. AD" button light illuminates when depressed, and the "-" button moves the motorized turret between the six objective port, but the
"+" button is missing
.
I used a pair of eyepieces (not included) to examine a wafer under the microscope, and the optics appear to be in good shape.
The X and Z travel of the stage seem fine, but the Y Axis seems very stiff, although it does move if you push it forward and back.
The Brooks UltraStation System powers up, but seems to be having problems: when it is first powered up, the display is dark, and only displays something after I wiggled the connector a bit (the connector is missing the metal cover for the wire inputs), but it did not get past the initial display, and does not register input from the keypad.
The wafer arm and loader assembly do move when the buttons on the keypads are pressed, but its performance seems inconsistent, and the last few times I tried to get it to do something, the arm got stuck on the right side, and I could not get the wafer lift to move any more.
This is the extent of my testing of this system; I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test this system and all of its functions, and it is being sold as-is.
